If you are an Energy Assistance client and experiencing a heating emergency, please call our after hours line at 651-322-3500 and follow the prompts for energy assistance.
If you are seeking shelter from the dangerous cold weather due to sleeping in your car or outside, please contact local law enforcement for assistance.
