From their website:
“Minnesota summers were made for trips to the cabin, boat rides on the lake, and farmers market outings, not food shelf visits. But that’s the reality for thousands of Minnesotans. Children are home from school and the family budget is tight. Food shelves help provide nutritious fruits and vegetables to these families and they need your help this summer!
Donations to participating food shelves in July will be proportionately matched by Open Your Heart to the Hungry and Homeless. Last year, food shelves raised over $1 million in food and funding to help end hunger in their communities.”
