SNAP Outreach

HOW WE HELP?

CAP Agency provides Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Outreach (SNAPO). We partner with state and local agencies, community and faith-based organizations, and others. Staff shares information with eligible low-income people and share information about the nutritional benefits to help make an informed participatory decision. Our purpose is to assist those experiencing financial difficulty with buying healthy, nutritious food (such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains) needed for good health.
