Volunteering can be a great way to develop skills, learn more about career options, make friends, gain new professional contacts, be active, or even just shake up your routine. You can help others and enjoy yourself while meeting your own personal/professional goals.
Part of finding the right volunteer opportunity is knowing what you hope to learn and accomplish. By serving as a volunteer, you join a team committed to moving CAP Agency’s mission forward.
We welcome individual volunteers as well as groups!
We are thankful for the commitment volunteers make to CAP Agency and rely on their dedication to maintain high standards of supportive services. In the tabs below you will find a list of volunteer opportunities, DIY donation projects, and a list of current needed donations. A volunteer application can be found below!

I volunteered in the IT department. I gained valuable experience that allowed me to transition into a new field.
As a senior, my volunteer experience with CAP Agency’s Head Start allow me to have an impact in the lives of children in my community.
I love helping families select healthy food items.
