Scott Family Net is the Family Services and Children's
Mental Health Collaborative in Scott County. It is made
up of partner agencies working with the community to coordinate
services and share resources. It is a way for community
members and social service providers to work together to
better meet the needs of families.
Any one of the partners can provide families with information
about services and resources in their community - everything
from financial assistance to mental health counseling, from
children's activities to transitional housing.
Each partner agency has staff who are trained to guide
families and help with referrals as needed.
The staff works to coordinate available services and community
resources so that families can make progress in areas they
think are most important.
