- Individuals or families of low-income levels in need of basic services such as food, clothing, shelter, transportation and energy-related assistance
- Families of varying income levels with young children in need of childcare and crisis care services
- Home-based childcare providers who seek recruitment or professional development support
- Senior citizens of varying income levels in need of basic services or seeking Senior Dining and Meals on Wheels services
