Emergency Services helps families get through an immediate crisis
for which all other resources have been exhausted. Assistance
is limited to funding availability and may be in the form of a grant.

-Employment: gas money, car repair
-Medical: prescriptions, eyeglasses

to provide education, social services and health and nutrition services
to children ages 3-5 and their families. Availalble

day care at no cost for children age 12 and under.

minor furnace repairs and furnace replacement services to help reduce

CAP Agency FAIM provides families with money-saving incentives and
support for money management and financial planning. Available
to residents of Scott, Carver and Dakota Counties.

Support Outreach: The
Food Support Program is a county-run, federal program that helps Minnesotans
with low-income get the food they need for sound nutrition and well-balanced
meals. Under the guidance of the United States Department of Agriculture
(USDA) and the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS), monthly
benefits are issued in the form of a re-usable Electronic Benefit
Transfer card
(EBT). Available to residents of Scott,
Carver and Dakota counties. |
