CHORE - CAP Agency CHORE provides help with home maintenance services such as seasonal yard cleanup, snow removal, grass mowing, heavy house cleaning and minor home repairs to help allow older adults remain in their own homes as long as possible and ultimately delay long term care placement. Available to residents of Scott and Carver Counties.

Family Assets for Independence in Minnesota (FAIM) - CAP Agency FAIM provides families with money-saving incentives and support for money management and financial planning. Available to residents of Scott, Carver,and Dakota Counties.

Food Support Outreach - The Food Support Program is a county-run, federal program that helps Minnesotans with low-income get the food they need for sound nutrition and well-balanced meals. Under the guidance of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS), monthly benefits are issued in the form of a re-usable Electronic Benefit Transfer card (EBT). Available to residents of Scott, Carver and Dakota counties.

Healthy Living Education Series for Seniors: The Healthy Living Education Series for Seniors offers monthly seminars featuring speakers on a variety of topics and provides seniors many opportunities to visit and get to know each other. Available to residents of Carver County.

Hope for the Holidays - Hope for the Holidays is an annual "adopt-a-family" holiday gift sponsorship project available to families who are unable to provide holiday gifts for their family. Available to residents of Scott and Carver Counties.

State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) - After December 31, 2007 State Health Insurance Counseling Program (SHIP) will be administered directly by the Senior LinkAge Line at: 1-800-333-2433.

Teen Parent Support - Support for teen parents is a commitment of the CAP Agency Crisis Nursery program. Available to teen parents of Scott, and Carver Counties.

Ways to Work - CAP Agency Ways to Work enables individuals or families to obtain low-interest bank financing to purchase affordable transportation for work. Available to residents of Scott, Carver and Dakota Counties.
