Chore - CAP Agency Chore provides help with home maintenance services such as seasonal yard cleanup, snow removal, grass mowing, heavy house cleaning and minor home repairs to help allow older adults remain in their own homes as long as possible and ultimately delay long term care placement. Available to residents of Scott and Carver Counties.

Family Assets for Independence in Minnesota (FAIM) - CAP Agency FAIM provides families with money-saving incentives and support for money management and financial planning. Available to residents of Scott, Carver,and Dakota Counties.

Food Support Outreach - The Food Support Program is a county-run, federal program that helps Minnesotans with low-income get the food they need for sound nutrition and well-balanced meals. Under the guidance of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS), monthly benefits are issued in the form of a re-usable Electronic Benefit Transfer card (EBT). Available to residents of Scott, Carver and Dakota counties.

Hope for the Holidays - Hope for the Holidays is an annual "adopt-a-family" holiday gift sponsorship project available to families who are unable to provide holiday gifts for their family. Available to residents of Scott and Carver Counties.
