Weatherization - Weatherization provides services to reduce home heating and cooling costs, such as insulation, caulking, diagnostic tests, minor furnace repairs and furnace replacements.

Energy Assistance Program (EAP) – CAP Agency Energy Assistance provides grants to help pay residential heating bills. Additional funds are available for energy crisis situations and energy-related repairs.

Conservation Improvement Program (CIP): The CAP Agency offers the Conservation Improvement Program (CIP) in partnership with local utility companies to help low income residents of Scott, Carver, and Dakota Counties conserve energy. We currently partner with Dakota Electric, Excel Energy, Minnesota Valley Electrical Cooperative, and Shakopee Public Utilities to provide conservation services to low-income customers.
