Cost
EAP services are provided at no cost to eligible families.
Payment
Process
Once an application is approved, EAP payments are made directly to energy
providers for a variety of heating sources based on a determined grant
amount per household. EAP payments are processed by the energy vendors,
and a credit appears on the household energy bill received by the applicant.
A written notification of funds distributed to the Energy vendor will
be sent directly to the applicant.
